At Nimble Door Co., your complete satisfaction with our products is our commitment. We uphold the quality of our products and our service, which is why we proudly offer a No Labour Charge Guarantee for 18 months following installation.
This guarantee affirms that any labour needed for repair or maintenance of our products will be covered at no extra charge to you for 18 months from the installation date.
Guarantee Coverage
Labour
- Any labour required for the repair or maintenance of our Talius Roll Shutters, Shades, and Affiliated products
- Any labour required for the repair or maintenance of our garage door products from NorthWest Door / Hormann, or SDI
- Any NEW door we install on behalf of a customer, with us as subcontractors
- Any and all new Commercial door Products that we sell and install for our customers.
Duration: 18 months from the date of installation
Eligibility:
This guarantee is available to all customers who have purchased our products or installation services.
Exclusions
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
- Regular wear and tear from standard usage
- Any issues not related to labour, such as parts or materials, which may be covered under a separate warranty
